Labyrinth

Labyrinths have a single complicated path leading inevitably to a final destination; a symbol of our journey through life to death.

Unlike a maze with its tricks and dead-ends, a labyrinth has a continuous path to the centre and the same path returns one to the entrance.

A labyrinth is a means of meditation or prayer offering us space to listen to ourselves.

At Fairy Wren Farm there is a rock labyrinth to walk and explore.

  • Learn to draw a labyrinth
  • Create your own finger labyrinth from clay
  • Carve a labyrinth, stitch a labyrinth  . . . immerse yourself in the journey of the labyrinth.
